This is the third meal plan in my Good Mood Food series. These five day meal plans have three objectives:

✔ To reduce meal-time stress by providing DELICIOUS, simple, easy-to-follow recipes that have overlapping components designed to minimize your overall time in the kitchen.

✔ To improve gut health and reduce bloat.

✔ To alleviate anxiety on a cellular level by incorporating ingredients that literally feed our brains the nutrients they need to thrive and improve our mental health.

The plan includes a full, detailed grocery list that lists substitutions for every single hot topic ingredient — ie major allergens and major dislikes. This is many people’s favorite part of the plan — the grocery list is broken out by section of the store to make shopping for an entire week incredibly simple.

This third Good Mood Food week is the most seasonal of all of the plans so far — it really focuses on nourishing, hearty whole grains and vegetables that are fall/winter centric. It could certainly be cooked during the summer months, but the food has a cozy tilt to it.
